How We Price
We provide a quote before any work begins. Pricing covers parts, labor, and travel to you. We come to your home or property, so there is no shop markup and no tow fees. Our services include Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Battery Replacement, Cooling System Repair, Steering & Suspension Repair, Brake Repair, Electric Repair & Diagnostic, Engine Repair & Diagnostics, and Brake Diagnostics & Replacement. Final cost depends on your vehicle, parts required, and the scope of the repair. You approve the quote before we start.
Diagnostics
Electric Repair & Diagnostic, Engine Repair & Diagnostics, and Brake Diagnostics & Replacement begin with an on-site inspection. We find the fault, explain it, and give you a repair quote. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied to your total. You decide how to move forward.
FAQ
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes for standard services are free. Diagnostic services carry an inspection fee, which we credit toward the repair if you proceed.
Are there travel fees?
Travel within our Austin, TX service area is included. We confirm your location when you schedule so your quote is accurate.
When do I pay?
You pay after the work is complete and you have confirmed it. We review the final cost with you before closing out the job.
Can the price change after the quote?
Only if we find additional work. If that happens, we stop, explain it, and get your approval before continuing. You are never charged for work you did not authorize.
Do you use my parts or yours?
Either. We source quality parts and include them in your quote. If you supply your own parts, we price labor accordingly.
